Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Dengan Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan Di Puskesmas Lespadangan



The increasing need for quality health center services, the service function needs to be improved to be more effective and efficient and provide satisfaction to patients and the community. This study aimed to determine the relationship between the quality of health services and the level of satisfaction of outpatients at the Lespadangan Health Center. This research design used correlation analytic with cross sectional approach. The population in this study was all patients who had received health services at the Lespadangan Health Center in July 2021 as many as 142 people. The sampling technique of this study was consecutive sampling with a research period of 2-15 July 2021. The sample in this study amounted to 44 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis used Spearman Rho. The results showed that almost all respondents considered the quality of service adequate, as many as 37 people (84.1%) and most of the respondents were satisfied with the service at the Lespadangan Health Center, as many as 25 people (56.8%). The results of the Spearman Rho test suggested that p-value = 0.001 < = 0.05 with a correlation coefficient of 0.499, which meant that there was a relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction at the Lespadangan Health Center, Mojokerto Regency where the better the service quality, the more satisfied patients will be. Good service quality has a positive impact on patient recovery in accordance with the nature of basic services from health services is to meet the needs and patients.
