Thesis is a scientific work to get a bachelor's degree. Constraints or difficulties in compiling scripts can cause anxiety in students. Excessive anxiety will have an impact on increasing tension and difficulty in starting sleep. This difficulty will later interfere with students to get good quality sleep. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between anxiety and sleep quality of students during the preparation of the thesis at STIKes Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto. The design of this research is correlation analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The research population is all final year students of STIKes Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto, totaling 205 students. The sampling technique used is Probability type cluster sampling. The sample is 51 students. Data were analyzed by editing, coding, scoring and tabulating and tested by Spearmen Rho.
