Gout is a disease that appears suddenly, repeatedly and is followed by very painful arthritis as a result of the accumulation of monosodium urate crystals Soursop leaf decoction contains flavonoids which function as antioxidants and anti-inflammatory. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving boiled water soursop leaves on uric acid levels in gout sufferers in RT.01/RW.02 hamlet kendalsari village plososari mojokerto district. The design of this study was pre experimental. The population in this study were all patients with gout in RT.01/RW.02 hamlet kendalsari village plososari mojokerto district the amount of 20. The sampling technique of this research is total sampling. The sampel in this study is the entire population in RT.01/RW.02 hamlet kendalsari village plososari mojokerto district the amount of 20.The results of statistical tests found there was a decrease in urid acid levels before and after namely for before 20 (100%) respondents had high urid acid levels and after 10 (50%) respondents had high urid acid levels and 10 (50%) other respondents had normal urid acid levels. Statistical test using the wilcoxon signed rank test showed a p-value of (0,002)
