Stress is one of the conditions that every Diabetes Mellitus (DM) patient is susceptible to. Efforts to deal with stress in DM patients are still low, especially through physical activity. Management of daily physical activity is very important in DM patients, through physical activity it can release energy from skeletal muscles so that it can control high blood sugar which can trigger stress in DM patients. This study aims to determine the relationship between physical activity and stress levels in DM patients. This research method uses a research design that is correlation analytic. The population in this study were all patients with diabetes mellitus in the internal medicine polyclinic of RSUD Prof.Dr. Soekandar Mojosari, totaling 108 people. The research sampling technique used consecutive sampling. The sample in this study was part of the population of diabetes mellitus patients in the internal medicine polyclinic of Prof.Dr. Soekandar Mojosari, totaling 50 people. Data analysis is presented in the form of percentages and tables. The results of this study indicate that almost all respondents in the category of light physical activity as many as 38 people, and most of them in the category of moderate stress as many as 32 people.
