A young adult in the role of a student usually maintains the pressure of overwork that results in psychological stress and has difficulty sleeping. The purpose of this study is to identify the stress connection with the quality of sleep in undergrad students who are working on their thesis on STIKes Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto. The design of this study is an analytic correlation with an cross sectional approach. The sample used was 67 students, sample retrieval was done by sampling cluster technique. Independent variables on stress and dependency levels of sleep quality. The Data was taken using a questionnaire.
