Therapeutic communication is still a sensitive issue among the public. This is caused because many people underestimate a communication as something that is still considered trivial, but in fact therapeutic communication is very important to use to support service satisfaction. This study aims to determine the relationship between therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction with nursing services. Coralational Analytical research design with Cross Sectional approach. The population of this study were all patients who would return from the inpatient room of RSI Masyithoh, Bangil District, Pasuruan Regency within a period of 2 weeks with a total of 25 respondents.
