Dismenorea is disorders flow menstrual blood or pain periods. Almost all women certainly never feel the pain of menstruation (dismenorea). This research is unruk see if there is the influence of the provision of gymnastics yoga to decrease menstrual pain in the young women in DSN. Tumpangsari ds. Jiyu district. Kutorejo district. Mojokerto. The design of this research is pre experimental approach one group of pre-post test design. Population in this study is all girls in the Hamlet tumpangsari as much as 28 teens. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The sample is all Rema daughter Hamlet tumpangsari rural jiyu. Time study performed on March 24 - may 30, 2021. instruments research using sheet measurement NRS (numeric rating scale). Data processing is done by editing, coding, scoring and data analysis using test statistic wilcoxon signed rank test. The results showed 55,0% (9) young pain with scale 4 before gymnastics yoga and 55,6% (10) teen decreased pain after gymnastics yoga with scale 2. test results wilcoxon signed rank test shows the P-value 0,00 means a decrease in pain after gymnastics yoga. This shows that gymnastics yoga conducted by way of breathing exercises to make the body to relax. When relax body will be stimulating hormone enkefalin and endorphins that will inhibits employment nosiseptor as receptor pain so pain not in the stimulation to the brain.
