Covid-19 cases in Mojokerto were increasing, public understanding and awareness of COVID-19 prevention were still relatively low. Knowledge and attitudes affected the behavior towards hygiene maintenance. Clean and healthy living behavior contributed the most to health status in this pandemic era. A clean and healthy lifestyle should be applied as early as possible so that it become a positive habit in maintaining health. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of knowledge and behavior of clean and healthy living in the community of Mengelo Hamlet RW 09 Sooko Village during the covid-19 pandemic. This research design used a descriptive with a longitudinal approach. The population in this study amounted to 110 people, the sampling technique used non-probability sampling. The number of research samples is as many as 64 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire on the level of knowledge of covid-19 and clean and healthy living behavior during the covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study indicate that 44 (68.7%) respondents have uneducated, 14 (21.9%), good (9.4%) and 34 (53.1%) negative behavior and 30 positive behavior (46.9%). That means that the percentage of public knowledge about the issue is still less than good. Due to that data, clean and healthy living behavior is to be said as unimportant. The influential factor in this information is, that more than half of the people think, that COVID-19 cannot be cured, while clean and healthy living behavior is unimportant because there are still many people who do not maintain a minimum distance of 1 meter.
