The motivation possessed by patients post sectio caesarea will affect the implementation
of early mobilization. The purpose of this research was to find out the relations between motivati
on with early mobilization in post sectio caesarea patients at the Arofah Islamic Hospital in Moj
osari Mojokerto. The research design used correlation analysis with cross-sectional method. The
independent variable is the motivation and the dependent variable is the implementation of early
mobilization. In this study the sample used was some patients post sectio caesarea as many as 30
respondents. Sampling technique using Non Probability Sampling with Consecutive Sampling te
chnique. Data collection using questionnaires and observations and tested using Spearman (Rho).
The results show 18 respondents have strong motivation with the implementation of good early
mobilization (100%), while 8 respondents had low motivation with the implementation of carried
